All prices include two reception rooms and two bathrooms/ensuites as standard. Two outbuildings (sheds, greenhouses etc.) are also included.
An additional charge of £15.00 per extra room (eg reception, bathroom, ensuite) and £7.50 per extra outbuilding will be applied. Excessive crockery/utensils have an additional cost of £35.00.
Landlord and tenant have seven days from the date the inventory report is complete to notify the clerk of any changes they wish to make.
Payment is required within 1 day prior to the inspection taking place. The landlord, agent or the tenant will receive the inventory report within 48 hours of inspection.
Missed Appointments, if you fail to notify us within 24 hours or miss appointments, we charge 50% cancellation fee.
